One of the main things that I like about this platform is its availability on various devices, it is currently available as an extension for the Google Chrome browser, there is also a downloadable application for computers, and this application also has an application for mobile phones, so you can edit images from any device. I also like that from the web version with the extension you can use any type of image you have on your computer, you can also paste an image from the clipboard, Take a screenshot with the intention or drag the image, this variety helps you to insert any image you need to edit. Besides, I also like the number of tools it has, you can insert all kinds of text with different fonts, you can also insert various shapes, add colors, modify contrast and much more.

Negative: One of the main negative points that this platform has is its design, I have noticed that the design and the background that it has is gray, which makes the platform a bit uncomfortable for some people during the direction of some image, in addition, I have also noticed that the general interface of this platform cannot be avoided in any way, there is no way to customize the user interface to our liking. The only thing that needs to be used or improved within this platform is to implement a system to modify its interface, this would help improve user comfort. It is a very useful tool that I use every day to take screenshots and make them look very professional.

Positive: Awesome Screenshot is really easy to use, because it works as a Chrome extension. Because of that, it is really quick to access and take a screenshot of what I want to by just simply accessing the extension and taking it, it does not have a complicated interface because being an extension, simplicity is the main factor and I really enjoy how everything is displayed into the plugin. It provides many different options to take a screenshot and it is fairly customizable. I can choose different sizes and even crop the image to just capture the things that I want if it is something more specific, and blur many aspects of the screenshot if something like a private folder or payment information appears and I don’t want team members to see it.
Annotating is possible. This is something that I find myself using regularly because I like to add text to my screenshots to give context or to add something that I might forget if not added, and it gives my screenshots a very professional look to them. The annotation tool provides many different fonts and options to make the texts look very stylish and I really enjoy playing around with the different tools. It has different integrations and connects with many different platforms and social media, I can share the screenshots to different platforms and I like that it integrates with Slack, because it is my main source of communication with my team members and it is really easy to share a screenshot to different Slack channels, which improves our productivity because it saves so much time, we can discuss anything and I often have to take screenshots from different projects and send it into the chat to discuss and give or receive feedback, so this tool becomes the main character when having to do that task.

Negative: I do not like the screen recording option, it is very limiting when it comes to storing it and it does not have many tools for editing, the editing tools that it has as of now do not feel intuitive enough for video editing and lack variety of tools that are necessary for videos to look as professional as possible and that is why I do not use this feature very often and for my plan, it only allows for a certain time to be recorded and then it will stop, which is a major downside. I also would like to see a desktop version coming up because being only an extension, means I can only take screenshots of websites, and I would like to expand it to different files that I have stored locally while also being able to access the annotation features and the blurring tool, I think it would be a great addition and would come in handy when dealing with files stored in my computer without having to store them in the cloud to take a screenshot.
