    Summary: I've been using the product for over two years because my computer at the time, where I relied on windows defender, was hacked and I had to fight for a week through various agencies to get all my hijacked accounts back.. Since I've used the product, not a single hacker has broken into my computer, and there have been many companies. So Avast Ultimate does what it says and it does it well.

    Positive: Easy to use, and super efficient to take care of the things for which it is intended.. Much better than other AVs I've tried.

    Negative: No 24 service, no phone service, they however do answer very quick to online service.
