AutoO2 Description

A study of 1,000,000 heavily loaded trucks that passed weigh-in-motion scales showed that 92% of them were not even close. AutoO2 automatically converts requirements (such as shipping from a plant or warehouse) into truckloads that are efficient and low-cost. It uses almost every pound or cube of available capacity. All loads are legal, free from damage, and fully loaded. Manufacturers ship on slip-sheets and bundles, which allows loads to be used in more places than if they were palletized. For example, if there were stacks of 1.02 meter x1.2 meters, loaded with the trailer's wide dimensions, the load would fit in 16 meters. There would be only 15 rows and 0.7 meter wasted at back. The stacks would have to be 1.0x1.2 to allow for 16 rows with zero waste. Products come in varying sizes.
