Convincing features for Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Spotify and so on Date: Feb 22 2023
Summary: Amazing software with a large variety of recording features for all media from streaming providers, TV operators and radio station operators.
Positive: The numerous features for recording movies and music as well as those for enhancing the file after the recording process was quite interesting.
Negative: Many features are hidden and not obvious at first.

Summary: I have supported this product for over 5 years and each year find more and more bugs. Tried recording from a live course feed - very finicky and unpredictable. Typically 10-15 failed attempts to record specific screen are with Detect & Record. Tech support after lame responses ended up "we are reporting this bug". The only good thing that comes out of this total fail - I found NCH Software - Debut. Easy to use and reliable. Also cheaper than Audials. I was generous giving Audials a One star rating.
Positive: That the experience motivated me to find NCH Software - Debut. An excellent and user friendly product.
Negative: Paying every year in the hopes that they fixed the fails. That ends now,
