I was recommended by many people that this is the best, and I am happy with it.

Positive: Nothing to complain about. Works great and has many wallets available with easy access. I especially like that I can basically have almost any crypto here.

Negative: The wallet was hacked and 100 million in crypto was stolen a while back. They did nothing to fix it yet. I lost a lot and they won't even help. They down played it and support is just copy and paste reply. Atomic says it's safe and no one can get into it and yet it was hacked and a lot people was screwed over.

Summary: Tried to contact them but no reply. Reported to major exchanges. As of over a year later, nothing. This wallet is bad news, do not use.

Positive: Not much at this point. Did enjoy buying crypto directly from within the app. Liked doing swaps in app.

Negative: Was supposed to be secure but wasn't. All my crypto was removed without my consent, basically stolen.

Summary: They have extremely poor security practices, they are extremely dishonest and many are suspicious they are directly involved in the 'hack' if you store your crypto on this trash , you are at extreme risk that this wallet drain event will happen again. Take your crypto off this immediately. Atomic Wallet are currently facing multiple lawsuits and police investigations

Positive: Nothing, they have not addressed any of the security flaws or the cause of the "hack".

Negative: June 3rd 2023 this 'wallet' provider had a massive exploit where all users holding over 5k in crypto had their wallets drained. Since then this dishonest provider has attempted to hide this from the public. Victims have been blocked on their social media accounts and their CEO had gone into hiding, meanwhile victims have joined multiple class action lawsuits against this dishonest provider. We have since learned security flaws audits were already detected by 3rd party security firms for this software but users were never made aware of this by Atomic wallet. It appears one of the updates in software contained a backdoor which allowed the 'hackers' drained all users funds. No compensation or remuneration has been offered back to the victims like many other wallet providers have done when hacked, this dishonest wallet provider has gone to great lengths to conceal and marginalize the hack and victims since.

Summary: I used this wallet to store my crypto. The wallet claimed to be a cold wallet (you can see it on their website), but they were hacked on a large scale on June 3rd last year. Choosing this wallet is without doubt the biggest mistake of my life. Simply google Atomic wallet hack and you'll see what happened.

Positive: I liked the user interface and also the fact that it was convenient to use. It had all cryptocurrencies.

Negative: Security. On June 3rd, 2023 100 million dollars worth of crypto were stolen. 5000 users were hacked, and the reason for the hack was never disclosed. People like me lost their lifesavings because of that hack, but atomic wallet did nothing to help us. In fact, they constantly banned users for talking about the hack on reddit and telegram.

Summary: A *** wallet. Stay away of this wallet. They “was hacked” 1 year ago and no information or no compensation plan for all the users who lost their money. They block you everywhere if you ask about the hack. Also they delete posts from X ( ex Twitter).

If you go on the telegram support channel and ask about when you will receive your coins back the support start telling you that you will never see your money again and this is the life.

Summary: Atomic Hacked June 3rd 2023. Largest accounts targeted. Seems Atomic built a backdoor in SSH protocol sending seeds back to Atomic – guess this is why they are closed source. Over a year post-mass-hack, and no concrete updates, no post-mortem, no statement of amount of stolen funds recovered (if any), no clear indication of reimbursement plan, and no advice for any affected users who still had locked up staking assets.

Atomic Failed a security audit in 2020 and 2021 but suppressed this information.

The fact Atomic have been aggressively silencing victims, mass deleting legitimate subreddit posts, for “security and privacy reasons”, if they mention the hack, deleting twitter posts and locking comments, etc., makes this whole debacle incredibly depressing, frustrating, and alarming. Their subreddit looks like a ghost town, with latest non mod deleted post over 3 weeks old... despite there being frequent daily posts from distraught victims (these posts are deleted by mods immediately). It seems they are trying to scrub the areas of the internet they control of all references to the hack, while immediately blocking anyone who even mentions the hack. Does this sound like a company acting in good faith, with users as the primary concern?

Over a year after the hack, still no concrete updates on the hack, no communication stating whether any funds have been recovered, nor whether reimbursement will occur.

Atomic seem more concerned with protecting their image, via paid / fake reviews, and aggressively silencing victims, while deflecting blame for their security flaws which enabled hackers to get wallet seeds. They are downplaying the entire debacle, giving spurious figures (0.1%... while counting every download as a unique user, including updates, rather than going by how many unique wallet IDs there are). Atomic want the reported figure to remain at the early estimate of 35 million, hours after the hack, before the full picture was known. Multiple experts tracking the stolen funds estimate it is at least 100 million (and more specifically somewhere between 100-160 million).

Atomic’s response post-hack has been extremely shady. Anyone trusting large amounts of money to this wallet is taking great risk. Use an alternative, such as Exodus, which seems to have far better security (or, better yet, a hardware wallet).

Stay away.

Positive: None. After the response to the hack, failed security audits which Atomic buried, and their abysmal security, there are literally 0 pros here -- The wallet is a buggy mess, before even mentioning the largest non-custodial wallet draining in history happening en mass to Atomic Wallet.
