Summary: Ok as content creation, not ok in terms of human resource. I will demand a refund. I hope they can get better and actually have some one who read emails and is supportive rather then just answer like autopilot.

Positive: It was ok on the trial, I tested it for a couple of days, but I did not get the desired result. It couldn't do exactly what I wanted, but with some simple tasks it was fine, or if you don't need to be specific and can just let the AI ​​get creative, you'll probably be fine.

Negative: Unsubscribe glitch! Before the end of the trial period, I tried to cancel the subscription, and it gave me an error message. I wrote to support to cancel my subscription, but in the meantime I was already charged for a full month. I asked them for help, but instead I got a plain response like - you can cancel it yourself....

They didn't read the mail properly so I had to explain my problem again. No answer. And a month later I get another charge.

Positive: I paid for the trial and canceled two days into the 7 days to avoid the subscription. They continue to charge me $50 for two more months with no notice or receipt. Then refused to refund saying I did not cancel properly and it’s their policy not to refund and I signed the terms of agreement. I canceled two more times and it doesn’t give any confirmation. I’m not even sure if my account is canceled now. This is a huge scam, I should have read the reviews. The ai art is really janky.

These sort of companies shouldn’t exist in 2023 - as others have mentioned, it seems set up to rip people off.

The site is created as to make it very difficult to get in touch with a customer service person and get any help. Just a way to con people out of money. I guess my next step is to contact the credit card company and report the payment.

I am fighting with the customer care department to get my money back and they do not seem to care and as the other review states, are trying everything to excuse themselves from the conversation and keep the money. It is like they crafted the site to never refund anyone.
