Summary: We thought this would be a novel twist for project management, instead it's a clunky faux-CRM that is barely capable of tracking a basic workflow. Choose something else, nearly everything else on the market for project management or CRMs is better than this piece of hacked together software.
Positive: There are no pros to this product. The third-party consultant we hired to select a product for us loved it, however. Which makes me think she must have been getting a kick back from the company to sell it to us.
Negative: Poorly designed user interface, clunky to use. Steep learning curve for the team.
