Awesome tool! Date: May 03 2024
Summary: I love Amp, I'm very excited about the future of this tool. I think it should grow over the other AI tools in the industry.
Positive: Takes the context of your code to give you answers, the vscode extension is awesome and support was incredibly fast when I had an issue.
Negative: Sometimes the context is not that accurate, and the latest version came out bugged

Loving it Date: Jul 19 2023
Summary: Overall this has been a nice tool to speed up my development time. I'm still more of a novice developer so this tool has made me feel much more confident and allowed me to take on more complex projects since Im no longer copying and pasting from my browser into my IDE.
Big fan it's worth the try and it was free to get started.Positive: Amp was easy to get started with and it's very intuitive to use. This has been a nice alternative to coding with ChatGPT up in a browser where I have to copy and paste my code back and forth. I'm a big fan of the preset prompts as there are a few I would never have thought of asking.
Negative: Not too many drawbacks outside of the general limitations of the AI. There have been a couple of times I've asked it to rewrite code for me and I had to prompt it to get it to give me an example in actual code vs just advice about how to improve the code.

Valuable support for Python development Date: May 04 2024
Summary: I think it is very good value for the cost. Integration with IDE and reading the context are the the core capabilities for me.
Positive: Good integration with Pycharm, unit tests support, solving quickly programming challenges. The biggest pros -> reading whole source code project and proposing the answer based on the rest of the code.
Negative: Not following the pattern in a single chat even. F.ex. if I polish the tests to be using that framework or that way to mock it for one set of tests, for next method, it is forgetting my earlier "style".
