Summary: I've been an Amazon Prime customer for over 2 decades and always shop at Amazon Fresh as well as Whole Foods. This week I am extremely ticked off with a sale item not being available. Amazon is running a sale for lobster tail for $3.99 and I went in on Wednesday (first day of sale in the evening) and it was sold out. My friend went in on Friday around 3pm and still no lobster available and was told to return on Saturday for it. Today being Saturday, I went in with my husband at 11am and still no lobster available. I called Amazon Fresh customer services and I was told to return in 2 weeks to get it at regular price. I found it so wrong to advertise something when you can't even fulfill it on the first day of sale. THIS IS A DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE! Shop elsewhere and stay happy.
Positive: Nothing to list. Over a very poor experience and will never shop again at this store. Customer service is worst as the person speak terrible American English.

Summary: Terrible overall experience. Waste of time, money, energy, etc. Customer support never helps, they just copy paste the same script.
Positive: There are no benefits to using Amazon Fresh... Unless you enjoy being sick with food poisoning... -_-
Negative: Amazon Fresh stopped delivering groceries with ice packs or frozen bottles or cooler bags. All frozen foods are bagged in regular brown paper bags with no insulation, treated the same as room temperature items. The delivery drivers do not have coolers in their cars, so it is not temperature controlled. It can take many hours until it finally arrives. Everytime i open the bags, i notice that all the frozen stuff is melted, thawed, spoiled. If i try to freeze it immediately, it doesn't help, the food is already bad. Sometimes i try it anyway and i get very sick from all of the food. Its not like one specific item that has an issue, it's ALL the cold food items that are not properly handled and end up causing food poisoning. So i have to throw away a bunch of food which is such a shame to waste. And then get no refund from Amazon support because they're all a bunch of robots... someone really needs to stop Amazon because they are getting a lot of people sick and not taking any responsibility for it.
