    Crappy Recorder!

    Summary: Angry that I lost so much work and time that I'll never be able to get back! I requested a full refund and they continue to act as if they can figure out the problem just to buy time. I'm about to dispute this charge with my credit card company and let them deal with the hassle.

    Positive: I lost over 50 videos when I transferred from the free version to the paid version. When recording, they showed my files listed in the recorded history list but when I went back to play, it's as if I never recorded anything just an empty file. Tech support seems to not know what's going on either even with a detailed explanation, they keep asking me the same questions that I have already answered as if they are trying to buy time. I would NOT recommend this software to anyone!

    Negative: Everything from the software to the tech support. they can't even figure out what's wrong with their own software, that's pretty sad!
