You can then leave a review for Tasker to let everyone know what a great job you did! You can review Tasker's profiles, skills, verifications, and view their transaction verified ratings and reviews for tasks they have completed previously on Airtasker. This allows you to ensure that you are choosing the right person for the task.

    Failed to do my task, I want a refund, not credit.

    Summary: I am still waiting for the confirmation email and waiting for the instruction for my refund. I will keep posting my comment on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Wikipedia, until my issue is resolved. Thank you.

    Positive: I just posted a task, pick a tradies and paid for the deposit. Then the tradies ask for more money to cover his fee, and lie about his availability.

    Negative: I cancel the task and waiting to ask for my refund. I am not happy because I was not told I need to pay for booking fees before I confirm to pick the tradies and before I pay for the deposit. I only noticed about the booking fees after I provide my credit card info and agree the terms and conditions, which is I need to pay for the booking fees, and I don’t know the amount of the booking fees as well. This is not transparencies about the fees for the poster.
