Positive: Allows you to cancel customer payment details which prevents automatic renewals that can generate inconveniences, allowing us to always be one step ahead in all our transactions. Due to its high usability Adyen fits perfectly to the payment needs of companies, greatly facilitating each of the transactions that are made using this tool. Adyen performs financial analysis and reports that allow us to evaluate the way in which money is spent in the company, giving us more room for maneuver for subsequent decisions to be taken in the organization.

Negative: Adyen can be a bit expensive compared to its competitors, however, its service is really good, therefore, it does not represent a disadvantage as such, but rather a warning. The payment refunds before reaching us must go through their offices in Holland, which can hurt the waiting time to receive our money, which can be annoying at many times. The design could be improved, little customizable and somewhat outdated, which can be improved in the next updates, personally I think we care a lot about the visual value of the tools.
