    Summary: Using Adora POS has been a solid experience for our pizzeria. It’s clear the system is designed with restaurants like ours in mind—there’s a lot of thought behind the features, and most of them are genuinely useful day-to-day. From handling delivery operations to managing customer loyalty, it’s streamlined a lot of things for us.

    Setting it up took a bit of effort because there are so many options to customize, but once everything was in place, it started running like clockwork. Our staff adapted pretty quickly, and the cloud-based system has been a game-changer, especially when we need to make changes on the fly.

    One thing that stands out is the customer support. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed help, the team has been quick to respond, which is a huge plus in this industry.

    Overall, I’d say Adora POS makes running the business easier. It’s not perfect—there are small things like the time it takes to fully learn the system or the occasional feature we don’t use—but it’s reliable and helps us stay on top of things. Definitely a good fit if you’re looking to simplify operations without giving up control.

    Positive: The delivery management tools stand out. Features like GPS tracking and automated prioritization help us stay on top of orders and meet delivery times more consistently. It’s also very convenient that the drivers can access directions through their native map apps with just one click.

    I also appreciate the cloud-based functionality. Managing operations remotely has become second nature, and I no longer have to be physically present to pull reports or make quick menu updates. This flexibility is invaluable for anyone managing multiple locations.

    Customer engagement is another area where Adora excels. The loyalty program is easy to set up and customize, and it’s helped us retain regulars while incentivizing new customers. Additionally, the integrated marketing tools for email and text campaigns save us time while keeping communication with customers consistent and professional.

    Their customer support deserves recognition as well. Issues have been few and far between, but when they arise, the support team has always been quick and thorough in their response.

    Negative: The system offers a lot of customization options, which is a big plus, but setting everything up initially requires some time and effort. Once it's configured, though, it runs smoothly.
