Summary: Using Adora POS has been a solid experience for our pizzeria. From handling delivery operations to managing customer loyalty, it’s streamlined a lot of things for us.
Setting it up took a bit of effort because there are so many options to customize, but once everything was in place, it started running like clockwork. Our staff adapted pretty quickly, and the cloud-based system has been a game-changer, especially when we need to make changes on the fly.
One thing that stands out is the customer support. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed help, the team has been quick to respond, which is a huge plus in this industry.
