Summary: We highly recommend Adobe Connect for streaming webinars, some of which are participant-driven presentations. It has excellent integration with VOIP programs so the reach is not only in video mode but also in audio mode.

Positive: As a main pro we know that Adobe Connect has perfect voice playback and recording, we have had no complaints about it from any customer. We were able to set up external online conference integration in addition to the VOIP integration to the toolset. We have been able to allow slide control when there are webinars, previously it was very complicated and it slowed us down a lot. We have also been able to make the recording of such seminars so that customers or consultants who cannot attend can take the information when they need it. We were able to collect a lot of emails to follow up on each report.

Negative: We have lost space in the email and the respective Chatlog format. Sometimes there is no web browser compatibility at all, it somehow forces us to use the browser they want and not the browser we use in the company.

Summary: The flexibility of Adobe Connect is interesting when integrating it into our training platform. We recommend this product thanks to it, even though it has bugs, it has met all our expectations and solved all our problems quickly and reliably. Negative: -Sometimes it froze in between classes when the number of attendees is high, I had an experience when my screen got froze during a presentation in front of 150 attendees.

Summary: Overall, Adobe Connect has tons of features that make meetings and webinars seamless. The interface is streamlined. Best software for virtual meetings and webinars.

Positive: It's a breeze to my attend meetings from the Adobe Connect platform. The integrated button to share MS PowerPoint presentations is my favorite. I loved the video and audio experience. The chat, whiteboard, poll, and local video sharing is great.

Negative: Nothing so far, in my overall meetings experience.

Summary: Before the redesign, Adobe Connect had its challenges (specially around dial-in). The new design is much better. It is a stable, reliable platform that does breakouts and pods really well. The app is fast and easy to install.
