Positive: NetCrunch has templates where you can have a more precise monitoring for each linked node, it allows you to monitor each node in a more specific way. I love the integration system with NetFlow, since it has allowed me to have IP monitoring and a fairly complete analyzer that allows me to configure network traffic. I liked that this platform had unlimited data retention, this was very important to store all the data collected from each connection with the nodes, in addition, it allowed me to know the traffic generated by each device in a specific way, this helped me to detect the complete activity that occurred in each network traffic.

Negative: Although the connectivity and monitoring of each node is unlimited, when connecting remotely to each device, I only have a limit of 10 devices that I can connect to simultaneously, even having an Enterprise plan, I have not been able to extend this limit This has been negative because several of my company's administrators have wanted to access our employees' devices, and sometimes we have reached the limit of remote connections.

Summary: Whatever the size of the company, having this tool will be of great help and success for the rapid emergence of the business created. AdRem NetCrunch is a system for monitoring the network and hardware in general, printers and others, which makes us see, through monitoring, all the detailed information of the nodes used in the company, CPUs, and not least the SSL security of each connected device.

Negative: It should have a better free service, since it does not allow to connect to many communication networks at the same time. In general this software for monitoring is the best acquisition that we have achieved, it is fast installation, execution and the results obtained. For all these reasons there is no negativity with this tool.

Negative: We would like to be able to make traffic rules, that we would have the same experience in both window and linux, we need more documentation on certain functions.

Summary: We have replaced Atera with NetCrunch, and we really have not regretted having done so. NetCrunch allows remote access to any IP address that is connected to the work network, which will be very easy to manage various devices as it allows measuring the general consumption of each of the devices to the work rule, which allows regulating the high consumption that some type of computer in the work network may have, as this is excellent to be able to distribute the speed of the network connection very well for each device in the work network. It is capable of detecting any failure that exists within the local network connectivity, as well as it is capable of detecting any type of threat that is connected to the network.

Negative: A very clear disadvantage of this platform is the high price that it has for each of the nodes that are needed to be able to use this platform in a fairly large company, as well as in medium-sized companies, in addition, this platform also has an implementation process quite complex, since it has to be developed locally and you have to have a great ability in configuring information and technology to be able to implement it on all devices and computers, especially if you need to implement it with Linux.

2. It allows to visualize in depth the behavior of each of the nodes used in a company, in addition, it allows to study each of the terminals and study the network hardware to avoid all kinds of failures in general connectivity.

3. Maintenance notifications can be scheduled for all the devices that make up a work network, maintenance can be configured for an exact date, in order to notify employees when this maintenance will be carried out on the networks and nodes.

4. It has a supervision of the use of the Internet, this function is very important and allows us to know which computer has the highest consumption in our work network, in addition, we can also detect some failures in computers that are consuming more speed than necessary for their correct operation.

Negative: The negative point that AdRem has is that its learning curve is somewhat complex, the primary configuration process is complex, and there are also not so many guides provided by the vendor which help the user to easily go through this learning process. Using the platform is complicated, it can only be used by people who have extensive knowledge in cybersecurity and hardware configuration.

Positive: Monitoring and management software for computer networks and devices very intuitive and easy to use.

Negative: It would be useful to implement cloud infrastructure monitoring (such as OpenStack hosts and vm)

Summary: Overall, It's a good product. The pricing made it a bit prohibitive for my needs since we didn't have a lot of systems to monitor. For a larger enterprise with multiple systems across multiple cloud providers it's a very good tool.

Positive: I like that fact that it is agentless and comes with so many pre-built monitors. There are enough monitors to pretty much monitor anything.

Negative: A bit pricey for a small organization but you get what you pay for! For a larger company with a larger network would be good.

Summary: I tried the free trial using my computer as a test platform to see what its benefits were. I monitored my email (security issues), my files (on PC), online work and Zoom. This was only a small trial test.

Positive: I liked the fact that I did not need another person or help desk to install and operate the software. I also liked that it was customizable.

Negative: Did not find anything that I did not like during the limited trial period.

Summary: Overall it is relative easy to get going with NetCrunch compared to some Linux based competitors. You don't need extensive modifying of configuration skills to get going. NetCrunch is all GUI based and the GUI is on par with modern standards.

You can use individual logins so every admin can monitor the devices/services that he/she is admin for and the alerting works great if you use the client passively.

We are using NetCrunch for over 2 years now and this tool is perfect for our use case.

Positive: It is easy to add new devices.
Good looking dashboards.
some good standard dashboards to get started.
Dashboards are adjustable to individual needs.
You can configure alerts per device group or individual devices.

Negative: It can look a bit overwhelming when you first start.
Some features need an addon license.

Summary: We will definitely be moving from a competing product to this solution. I feel the support and presales are also far nicer than other competing products. It just feels like a smaller more personal company to deal with.

Positive: Easy to install and get up and running and less resource intensive than the "other" monitoring product. It's also far easier to license.

Negative: Maybe lacking in some templates for Exchange 2019 etc.

Summary: Even though it has its disadvantages because of the difficulty when trying to implement the software into the organization, AdRem NetCrunch is an outstanding secure platform that can track and detect ongoing problems with the hardware that we use and act accordingly before it is too late. It has given us the right foundation to know about all of these problems and we have been able to improve the general performance of all devices, servers, and routers with this software.

Positive: AdRem NetCrunch is used in a wide range of aspects in our company, it is used to monitor the performance of all devices and create a dashboard that helps view the connections and the overall performance of everything, the interface is very intuitive and it displays the right tools to work with for essential monitoring using the perfect implementation of a protocol that allows the monitoring of many devices simultaneously. It has many layers to it when it is time to monitor the devices and it has multiple choices of operations to process data.

Negative: AdRem NetCrunch is a software that is complicated to use, it took time to set up the service because we were not very sure how it actually worked, the entire ecosystem is very overwhelming in the beginning and it does not offer a helping hand.

Summary: Mostly positive, but the small bugs drive you mad. There are better monitoring solutions, but the price of them is 10x of NetCrunch.

Positive: It's pretty easy to use, and it's easy to make changes that affect multiple devices at once, rather than doing them one at a time.

Negative: There are always, always bugs. Even when they release a new version to fix previous bugs, they introduce new ones. I think their target audience is more small business, not so much enterprise.
