    Summary: Would not be so bad if they had a decent support system in place.

    Positive: It's a mediocre product. The lack of support is the biggest problem. For the most part it's not overly complicated but is very lacking in providing adequate documentation.

    Negative: Absolute little to no support. No documentation within the software to be able to figure out things on your. You're at the mercy of some calling you back 5 hours or one day later to answer your question.
