The technician who responded to my call was well-informed and spoke carefully so that I could understand (as opposed to some younger techs who speak with such speed and inarticulation that one can't follow what they say). The technician with whom I talked was very patient, led me through the problem, and concluded with a successful solution.

Negative: I am using it for a while now and haven't encountered any cons yet.

Negative: I didn't have face any problems yet. For me, arz host is more than ok.
