Summary: I have lost money and 3 other people I know lost money.

Positive: They show you profits that you can withdraw to get you to put more money in and then they scam you and steel your money

It went well for about 30 days, then the stopped withdrawal do to maintenance. Then they said they froze my account until I pay capital gains tax. This was the message I got, then they stopped responding.

Your funds are currently frozen and cannot be withdrawn directly from your balance. Please pay the tax to this address and we will submit it to the finance department to handle your tax issues. Then you can withdraw all your balance.

Summary: If they are good at the beginning, then they will scam you, so I advise you not to waste your time and money with them.

Summary: They are scamming people as withdrawals are not working since Wednesday may 29 2024 and there is no clear instructions by them as to when it will start working.

Positive: Nothing as withdrawals are held now as per them for 7 days for maintenance and i don't think there is any chance of me getting my money back.

Positive: It looked like a legit site…but the outside says nothing about the BAD inside. The first withdrawal is ok and after purchase some money…you are lost…and losing your money

Negative: These are fake contracts…and double contracts… so you got stuck and have to put more money in it…this site are criminals who mislead everybody..bad bad criminals…all victims should stick together to sue these low people who are screwing every-one…

Summary: Avoid this site. Scam. I thought that the site would allow me to invest enough until I could withdraw my initial investment and play with house money. No such luck.

Positive: Initial investment and profits were great. Those are the only positives about the site. A little over a month later, the site has gone full Scam. See below.

Negative: When investing in $8,800 plan, I missed reading the "Special Instructions" that inform users that minimum purchase quantity is 2. The site, however, allows users to violate this requirement (intentionally or by fat-fingering) and buy just 1 contract.
At that point your account is locked and all assets are forfeit. Tech support informed me that if I buy another contract to fulfill the requirements, the account will be unlocked. Other users have done this and were never unlocked. Now they are our double to quadruple the initial investment.
Update 29May24
Site has frozen all Withdrawals. Claims Network Maintenance. Everyone I talk to in group have had their accounts frozen.
Site now changes "Special Instructions" in the middle of Users Investing. One of the people in my group checked the $3,000 plan yesterday. So did I. No Special Instructions. He invested. This morning there are Special Instructions, his contracts frozen AND he can no longer withdraw funds.
Full Blown Scam

Summary: See above. I have screen shots of all chat conversations as the only phone number listed is always a busy signal (from U.S. 011 44 0 20 3968 800.

Latest as of 5/22 ArkMining stated that they would "cancel" my two contracts that are holding things up but that it was a "manual" process that would take 15 days. If they follow through and straighten things out then I will post that here as an update and give them credit for doing that much.

Positive: Nothing. Support is horrible and inconsistent. Questions are answered obtusely and incorrectly. Responses sometimes take hours.

Negative: The site presents "Plans" as separate investments but the technical side is treating them as one single contract (apparently). If something goes wrong like you fat finger the quantity and choose 1 on a plan that requires 2, you get a cryptic error message that your "contract" cannot complete and you may forfeit your investment and it does not give options for correcting the problem. Purchasing another "Plan" with a single item does NOT fix the problem.

Their tech support told me if I purchase the plan again with the correct item number of 2 then my prior 2 single item plans would complete. NOT TRUE!

None of my plans including an entirely separate plan with a different coin were not executing. Took me over a week and they finally executed but now, even though the Dashboard shows that I have over $80,000 balance, they are refusing to transfer the funds (withdraw) claiming that my "contract" is still incomplete even though I have TWO plans that are completely valid and completed.

Support consistently claims to send my issues to the "tech" or "higher" department but all I ever get is stonewalling and they refuse to let me speak to any manager, executive or owner.

Web site is downright dangerous as if you make a mistake, there is no ability to correct it, plus, for special plans that require minimum items to purchase, the website allows you to enter less than the minimum (horrid QA but apparently works for them to steal your money).

Looking up the company on the UK business listing site (companies house search), there is only ONE listed owner or officer of the company. The company official name and company number is: ARK SHAW LTD, 11032242 and the only contact information is 9 Lance Street, Rainham, Essex, England, RM13 8LG. Owner: Akintunde Laditan - no contact information other than the street address listed above.

Summary: Last 3 months I tried so many platforms for cloud mining and very happy that found ARK Mining. Many friends also using, no issues with ARK.

Positive: Excellent platform for cloud mining.Good profits.Reliable and fast service.Using 2 months, no issues.

Negative: Withdrawals only in usdt. No coinswap for this moment.
