Summary: It has been nice to utilize the tool, learn what the tools capabilities as we progressed has impressed teams within my organization and now other BU wants to utilize the tool. The customer service is amazing and quick.

Positive: It is very fast, easy to implement and setup the tool. The Content Library has most of the content any organization wants to comply or benchmark their internal process to the industry requirements. The tool certainly saved lot of effort and time as most of templates are pre-existing in the content library. The Hub and Spoke model and Content Library would help any organization to implement its GRC.

Negative: We cannot find any tool that fits every organization requirement. 6Clicks allows us to utilize the tool to our scope or requirement. If I had to pick, then SSO would be the one.

Summary: This is a great platform that is far more powerful than the pricing indicates. In previous roles I was looking at paying an order of magnitude more for a less than comparable product. If 6clicks had have been around then I would have rolled it out across my whole organisation. The use cases are so much broader than cyber security and compliance. In fact they are really only limited by your imagination.
If you have to manage compliance requirements or want a powerful yet simple system to manage your supply chain risk (and improve the experience for all involved), 6clicks is the product for you.

Positive: Powerful supply chain risk management functionality.
Task assignment both within teams and to external third parties for issues identified.
Custom analytics tailored to different audiences.
The ability to turn policy docs into tasks and assign them for completion.
Easily identify gaps between external authorities (legislation, standards etc) and internal policy docs to ensure ongoing coverage.
Responses to product improvement suggestions is very good.

Negative: SSO is an area that does need to be looked at and simplified.

Summary: Easy decision, value for money, integral part of our GRC ecosystem. The business users love the interface.

Positive: Integrated AU through "Hailey" automates the mapping process and saves time across the organisation. The ability to proactively identify gaps and intelligently provide guidance is a game changer.

Overall the platform is intuitive and the UX is consistently improving.

Negative: Apart from wanting more and more in the product library - all good so far.

Summary: Easy to use and significant functionality normally only seen in very expensive GRC systems, at a fraction of the price.

Positive: Easy to use web interface, and can simply spin-up new risk management frameworks at the push of a button; content library is comprehensive - provides access to a myriad of risks, controls etc; and hub-and-spoke model works well for a professional services business like ours where multiple client sites can access a central risk hub.

Negative: I don’t have anything to report as something I didn’t like.

Summary: Overall the experience has been smooth and seamless and the software has been easy to deploy and use.

Positive: "Hailey" - the 6clicks AI automates compliance mapping and saves time and cost and also identifies potential gaps. It's clever!

The platform is full of high quality content (developed by 6clicks and the best third party experts) that they are constantly updating so you can be sure your organisation is aware of and managing key risks ranging from cybersecurity, business, pandemic and regulatory (too many to list).

Negative: No negatives so far. It's a quality product designed to constantly improve and the 6clicks team are a pleasure to work with.

Summary: Heaps better than alternatives - we moved off RSA Archer. ServiceNow, RSA etc. is damn expensive, hard to use and .... (just ask folk).

Positive: Very fast to setup. Easy to use and the inbuilt content saves heaps of time. I haven't checked out the AI stuff but it's on my list. This is a very good 'one stop shop'.

Negative: These guys move fast so need to keep on top of new stuff.

Summary: I was slow to exploit my access to 6clicks and to build out its functionality for my business, however, the tech support has been amazing. 6clicks has the potential to transform how I do business with my clients and to increase my effectiveness and efficiency in serving them.

Positive: I'm only beginning to discover the full range of tools and resources in 6clicks, but so far, I am impressed! Managing risk and compliance can be a beast, so it is essential to have the right tools. 6clicks had the capabilities I needed along with ease of use - a critical factor. I'm looking forward to maximizing efficiency in 6clicks and having comprehensive reporting right at my fingertips.

Negative: I wished that more of the regulations and statutes I needed were part of the marketplace, but I have seen it evolve and hope that more resources are added.
