Summary: We use this system to run our Storage Business. It works great for us and the team are super helpful.

Positive: This system works really well and simply for what we need to run our storage business. If we have any problems or issues or even things we think could work better or we need to work differently for us then the customer support team are always on hand and happy to help us work through things and they try their best to get these things resolved and create the things that aren't in place yet.

Negative: There aren't really any cons because any issues get sorted out.

Summary: A very positive experience. I look forward to using V2 and utilising the added benefits such has the improved tenant portal to help grow our business.

Positive: New Improved interface I have found to be a welcomed update.
Ease of Use - the systems is extremely initiative to use.
Ongoing support has been second to none.

Negative: Ive not quite mastered the Leads function - I would like to be able to add multiple inputs for the same lead (Act like a CRM) and have a CRM for existing tenants. To have an integrated CRM system would be extremely useful.

Summary: I'm using the product for quite so long and whenever we needed the support for any sort of queries, we got the support person available at all times.

Positive: Any kind of customization, flexibility, easy to use, efficient and affordable price, great customer handling.

Negative: Nothing to mention, maybe performance can be slightly improved.

Positive: The website ; changes needed to be done in 3 language, has been taken care properly. Over all is a good company.

Negative: The service was a little bit slow, but due to the language problems.
Needed more email exchange to get it done right.

Summary: I would give this a 7 out of 10. On one hand it is pretty easy to use but as you start to demand more, then you realize the shortcomings.

Positive: - Good for customer management, gives a good quick visual of the status of occupancy.
- Support team (Jothi, Anita et al) are quickly and easily accessible to work through issues
- Good integration of the customer and admin portals. Helpful to be able to manage this centrally.
- Ability to generate quick reports of some basic parameters

Negative: - Sometimes change requests can take a bit long to get implemented
- Bugs here and there but staff always at hand to help resolve
- Customization is not very easy-you get what you get

Summary: Overall this has been the best platform for my self storage business. It gives me the flexibility I need as a working mum.

Positive: I can jump on my laptop at home and operate majority of my business through 6storage anyway in the world.
Whenever I have needed help someone has always been available to chat and help me with any problems.

Negative: Sometimes it’s a little slow. But other than that I don’t have any cons.
