    A Powerful Tool for maintenance management

    Summary: We suggest the tool for every organization looking for a good tool for maintenance management. Integrations are really good and the tool comes with a cheap and affordable price range.

    Positive: The major pros of the tool is it's cloud-based. We can easily access the tool from anywhere. The user interface is really good. Templates within the tool are really good. Overall it's a powerful maintenance management software with lot's of features.

    Negative: Nothing so far. Their customer care service is really good and offers 24/7 customer support.

    Summary: The overall experience has been good. As mentioned above, the team is always available to assist or answer questions via phone, email, or video call. I have also used the software via the android App as a user when performing maintenance for another company. That was a good experience

    Positive: The 60Hertz team is phenomenal through all stages of the process, from pitch, contract, and most importantly support. They still have a small company with personable culture, and I have always enjoyed interacting with them. The software itself is great and fits our niche needs like nothing else.

    Negative: Configuration of the software for our sites has gone very slowly, at no fault of 60Hertz Energy, we just lack the resources to get it done. Set up of the "digital twin" and forms could be easier as it can be a bit obtuse. If easier, the setup could go faster, but the 60Hertz energy team is always ready and willing to help
