Positive: Get different packages, pro, business and business pro. Making it better for any user to decide once they are happy with the setup to take the correct package as per their needs.

Negative: Nothing from my side, would have been nice if the free version could also be a pay as you use.

I think of it like a playground--test things out, see what works, and if you want to get serious about a particular use case, maybe explore further a more cost effective way to do it at scale. Negative: The main downsides I found are that 1) you burn through the credit allocation very quickly if you don't pay attention to which model you use, 2) sometimes the prompts fail which means it doesn't charge in such an event, which is good but annoying, and 3) it can be hard to preview or properly set expectations on what you'll get on the other side. Burning through the credits makes a bit of the repeat experimentation slower since I have to put a lot of thought into my prompt since I can't iterate as quickly due to burn rate, but I will say the fact that I'm so eager to continue prompting and creating in this tool is a testament to how fun and entertaining it is to begin with. Despite its user-friendly interface, there is a struggle to utilize all features effectively due to unclear integration of tools. Advanced tasks can consume credits quickly. I found the credit deduction system unclear, as credits are consumed before seeing the output or understanding the cost upfront. I think it would be better for them to add an estimated cost for each of the prompt types and let you choose instead of charging for all of them before you see the answers.
