Summary: At the moment, I consider them scammers and plan to write a statement. Positive reviews are most likely fake, well, who would recommend such an irresponsible company?

Positive: I never recommend anyone to contact this service. Once I turned to this company for the purchase of an average dedicated server. At the stage of choosing the configuration, the service had an error and my choice of operating system stupidly disappeared from the account. Of course, I did not immediately notice this and paid the bill. Then there was a long correspondence with support for 6 days at the moment, or rather, correspondence on my part, support answered me no more than once a day and this is for all contacts at once! To my questions about the operating system and my request to issue me an additional invoice, which I will pay immediately, there was absolutely no answer, complete ignorance of my customers! At the moment, it is the seventh day when I was allegedly given a server, but there is no connection to it at all. Rebooting, disabling, enabling buttons in your personal account are displayed with an error that there is no server configuration in the DataCenter. I have never met a worse contractor. I am very happy that I turned to them and lost my time.
