    Summary: Overall experience is excellent. Client Support during the testing phase was very good. Now my whole charging network is running on a 1C. We are basically a Charging Point Operator targeting East and North-East India. We have white-labeled our complete software and mobile app for both Android and iOS. 1C also offers the WhatsApp Integration and UPI Payment Feature, which has now become the most used mode of payment for starting to charge. This software also helps me to manage and track the charging of my fleet partners. We recommend 1C to every CPO, eMSP, or Fleet Owner who wants to efficiently manage their operations and business and wants advanced features at very good rates. This software contains advanced features like OCPI roaming, which allowed me to share my network with other charging networks that eventually helped me in increasing the utilization of my charging stations.

    Summary: Experience has been fantastic. The 1C Charging EV CMS is extremely fast and easy to use with the best prices. Their mobile app is well designed too.

    Positive: Single EV CMS for all protocols, viz. HTTP, MQTT, OCPP. OCPI is also enabled making it extremely simple to integrate with other networks. Mobile application is also provided.

    Negative: Design can be better. User guide should be there to ease out the learning curve.
