Very Disappointed Date: Jan 20 2025
Summary: Product lacking posting customers.
Positive: Price, sortable metrics, simple to use, not too much else. I can’t think of anything else relevant to the question.
Negative: Hardly any major brokers or carriers using this board to post loads. When used side by side with DAT, 123 had about a third of the loads for a given area as DAT! Sometimes even less! As an OO, I need the board with the most posts. Right now that is DAT, and TruckStops. Cancelling my subscription to 123 today. Low price means nothing if the product is inferior. Don’t waste your $$

Summary: The absolute worst load board. As an owner operator we need help from time to time finding loads that make sense. Let me tell you now not one thing about 123Loadboard makes sense. Their rates are terrible they are partnered with the worst companies in the industry. Just save your money and trust me when I tell you stick with DAT or Truckstop.com. 123Loadboard isn’t even on the same playing field as them.
Positive: Absolutely no pros whatsoever. There literally aren’t any pros the board is terrible nothing good to say about it at all. If zero stars was an option that would have been my selection.
Negative: The entire 123Loadboard is an actual CON. Waste of time and money.

Changed my account even was canceled Date: May 16 2022
Summary: I called Monday in 16 May and canceled my account but they charged me for the following month which i canceled i so i talked with a supervisor but she totally didn't care what I am asking and she didn't refund, and she like a thief took my money for the time i already canceled so be careful about this company and you can use other companies who care about.
Positive: N/A.
Negative: I opened an account and I put my card number but I never used my account. I just found out they charged my account every month and the charge was the 15th each month, so when i tried to cancel my account was 14th and was weekend so i couldn't take in 14 May and 15 May.
