Pithflow turns speech into finished text on Windows 10/11 and Mac (macOS 12 or later, Intel and Apple silicon). Hold the hotkey (Ctrl+Space on Windows, Control+Shift+Space on Mac), talk, and let go. Pithflow transcribes, drops filler words, fixes punctuation, applies the tone you picked and types the result into the app in front of you, whether that is Slack, Outlook, Gmail, Word, VS Code, ChatGPT or a browser tab. There is nothing to integrate per app.
Remote desktops are covered too. Audio is captured on your own machine and nothing has to be installed inside the remote session, so dictation reaches Citrix, RDP, VMware Horizon and other VDI sessions.
Audio is discarded once it is transcribed and is never stored on our servers. Pithflow runs in the cloud and needs an internet connection; it has no offline mode.
English and Spanish are both first-class, including switching languages mid-sentence, and 100+ more languages are detected automatically. You also get 8 tones, 6 intent modes, snippets, a personal dictionary and specialty term packs for fields such as medicine, law and engineering. On Windows, Meetings records a call or an in-person meeting without a bot joining and produces key points, decisions and action items.
Plans: Free (2,000 words a week, meetings up to 15 minutes, no card), Pro ($9.99/month or $99/year) and Team ($45/month for up to 5 seats). Download for Windows directly, from the Microsoft Store or with winget, or get the Mac app for macOS 12 or later. iPhone and Android versions are in an invite-only beta.
