eMada is an enterprise Student Information System for higher education, run entirely as a multi-cloud SaaS deployment. One modular platform manages the complete student lifecycle — admissions and registration through to finance, scholarships and sponsorships, academic records, and accommodation — with every module configurable to an institution's own rules and academic calendar.
The architecture is deliberately single-tenant: each university gets an isolated database and application instance, with hosting kept inside whichever country its regulators require. That design, paired with native Arabic/English bilingual support (right-to-left included) and full institutional white-labelling, makes eMada a strong fit for universities across the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and other emerging markets.
Open APIs and pre-built connectors link eMada to Moodle, Blackboard, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, and regional payment gateways, while government integrations for CHEDS, NAPO, and UAE Pass ship as standard. AI is embedded across enrolment forecasting, admissions screening, and student support, and students can transact from any device or directly inside Microsoft Teams. Most institutions go live within three to six months.
eMada is developed by Human Logic, which has built software for universities since 2003.
