swyMed is designed with practical applications in mind, recognizing that access to a fiber network isn’t guaranteed and that sharing bandwidth across an organization is often necessary. Therefore, we created our software to optimize audio and video quality for varying bandwidth conditions, ranging from as low as 60 kbps to as high as 4 Mbps. Our technology is tailored for mobile use, intelligently managing network jitter and latency to ensure smooth communication. As our users began utilizing our software beyond traditional healthcare environments, we understood that reliable connectivity remained essential. After exploring several existing solutions that fell short of our expectations, we decided to create our own. The DOT Telemedicine Backpack, Mini, and Xstream provide unmatched portability, allowing healthcare providers to innovate their approach to care delivery through seamless real-time video consultations, regardless of their location.
