TitanGrid DC-OS serves as a comprehensive operations platform designed for the advanced needs of modern data centers, integrating various functionalities such as DCIM, observability, ITSM, BMS, billing, compliance, and client operations into a single cohesive system. Tailored specifically for colocation providers and high-density AI environments, it enables real-time oversight of essential metrics like power consumption, thermal levels, network activity, compute usage, GPU performance, and liquid-cooling data across multiple racks and locations. The platform features a 3D digital twin that offers an interactive view of live temperature and airflow conditions, allowing teams to navigate from a portfolio overview down to the individual rack level, while also enabling simulations of rack relocations and power adjustments prior to the installation of equipment. Its AI-driven capabilities encompass anomaly detection, forecasting of capacity, predictive maintenance for equipment health, strategies for load shifting, and a natural-language interface that facilitates querying of metrics, ticket creation, SLA verification, and interaction with operational data.
