Description
Syncopy serves as both a trading journal and a trade copier specifically designed for Tradovate futures accounts, operating as a desktop application on Windows without requiring an intermediary server, ensuring that all account information remains secure and local. Users designate a primary account as the leader while assigning one or more accounts as followers, allowing orders from the leader to be duplicated across all followers, including integrated bracket stop-loss and take-profit orders that rest at the prices set by the leader. Each follower can have its trade size customized, and the application automatically adjusts for mini or micro contracts of the same product, such as NQ/MNQ or ES/MES. The built-in trading journal captures actual fill data, providing insights such as profit and loss per account, tracking of commissions and fees, a calendar overview of trades, and detailed analysis of trade excursions. Furthermore, each follower account is equipped with its own daily loss limit, which enables it to lock out independently without affecting the others, ensuring personalized risk management. Security is reinforced by encrypting user credentials using Windows DPAPI, maintaining a high level of data protection. Available for a one-time payment of $149, Syncopy does not require a subscription and necessitates both a Windows operating system and access to the Tradovate API for full functionality. This comprehensive tool simplifies the trading process while enhancing accountability and performance tracking across multiple accounts.
Description
The central idea of Mirror Trading forms the basis of the distinctive Mirror Trader platform, created by Tradency, which stands out as a leading technology provider for brokers, boasting over 200 partnerships and serving 2 million retail clients since its inception in 2005. The concept itself is straightforward: Tradency's servers monitor and log the "buy" and "sell" signals generated by strategy developers. Traders utilizing the Mirror Trader platform gain the ability to observe, assess, and act upon signals from seasoned traders, allowing them to implement these strategies within their own accounts. Additionally, strategy developers from various regions contribute their expertise to the community of Mirror Trader users. By documenting the "Buy" and "Sell" signals issued by these developers, Tradency empowers users to make informed choices about which strategies to employ in their brokerage accounts. This collaborative approach fosters a rich sharing of knowledge, ultimately enhancing the trading experience for all involved.
