Description
The IBM® Sterling Warehouse Management System is a web-based platform designed to offer a complete end-to-end solution, aiding businesses in overseeing their inventory and processes across their networks through an integrated warehouse management system. Constructed on a solid architectural foundation, the Sterling Warehouse Management System allows for significant adaptability to evolving business requirements. It enables detailed tracking of inventory at various levels such as location, case, or pallet, based on specific item characteristics like lot number and serial number. The system provides effective management, visibility, and supervision of warehouse inventory, ensuring comprehensive insights into incoming shipments. Additionally, it facilitates the management and oversight of warehouse operations and tasks. The system also supports kitting and dekitting processes for both static and dynamic Bills of Materials (BOM), while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, including specialized ticketing and security tagging. This multifaceted approach ensures that businesses can respond swiftly to changes and optimize their inventory management effectively.
Description
A standout characteristic of our WMS system is its extensive configurability and scalability, allowing it to be customized to meet your specific requirements. Right from the beginning, the system has offered the flexibility for data fields, parameters, scanner prompts, and additional components to be adjusted or toggled by the system administrator. This ensures our solution can adapt to nearly any scenario encountered in a warehouse setting. The Warehouse Management capabilities within Trak360 are mainly found in the modules for Inventory Control, Picking, RF Transaction Processing, and Barcoded Warehouse Management. In addition, supplementary modules are available to further bolster these logistics functions. The item master catalog is capable of monitoring over 120 unique SKU parameters, including NDC codes, Brand Names, Generic Descriptions, and FDA drug information, among other details. Additionally, every item can have an unlimited number of associated documents and images, such as product photographs, MSDS sheets, and informational PDFs, providing comprehensive support for warehouse operations. This flexibility not only enhances operational efficiency but also ensures compliance with various industry standards.
