SimpliFleet is a web-based fleet administration system built to replace scattered spreadsheets with one organized, logged workspace. It helps businesses manage company vehicles, drivers, insurance deadlines, inspections, documents, maintenance schedules, costs, trips, and assignments without relying on manual files. The platform is not a GPS tracker and instead focuses on the administrative work that keeps fleets compliant, documented, and easier to manage. Vehicle and driver records include document libraries, expiry alerts, registration information, insurance details, inspection data, and assignment history. Trip management features allow users to plan projects, assign drivers and vehicles, check for scheduling conflicts, create recurring schedules, record time, and manage approvals. SimpliFleet also supports document generation, including .docx completion certificates and PDF order sheets based on stored trip and vehicle data. Cost tools cover maintenance expenses, fuel prices, MNB exchange rates, payroll reports, and Excel exports for further analysis. Business plans add features such as two-level approvals, audit logs, role-based notifications, REST API access, and unlimited administrators.
