Description

Rage is a multimedia player designed with the Enlightenment Foundation Libraries (EFL), featuring an array of engaging capabilities. This user-friendly video and audio player aims to be both sleek and straightforward, similar to Mplayer. You can operate Rage through the command line to play your media files, or effortlessly drag and drop files into the Rage interface to add them to your playlist. If you launch Rage without any command-line options, it will take you to a video browsing mode. Here, by pressing the / key or simply moving your mouse to the right side of the window, you can view a graphical representation of your entire playlist. Rage is equipped with comprehensive keyboard shortcuts for easy navigation. When you play music, it automatically searches for and showcases album artwork, provided the images are not already stored in its cache. Additionally, it generates thumbnails for video timelines and allows you to preview clips by hovering over the position bar at the bottom of the screen. Any album covers that Rage downloads will be stored for future sessions, ensuring a seamless experience. With its engaging interface and practical functionalities, Rage stands out as an efficient choice for media playback.

Description

Experience the ultimate audio playback with support for USB audio DACs, enabling sound reproduction of up to 32-bit resolution at virtually any sample rate! This versatile application can handle a wide range of popular audio formats, such as wav, flac, wavpack, ape, mp3, and DSD files, making it an essential tool for every HiFi aficionado while effectively bypassing the audio constraints imposed by Android devices. Even users without a USB DAC benefit significantly, as the app is compatible with various HiRes audio chips present in modern smartphones, delivering superior sound quality compared to standard music applications, including those pre-installed on your device. By connecting your Android phone or tablet to a USB DAC, USB Audio Player PRO harnesses the full potential of the DAC through its specially designed USB audio driver. This innovative approach completely circumvents the default Android audio system, rendering its inherent limitations related to bit depth and sample rates (typically 16-bit/48kHz) insignificant, and facilitating the delivery of high-fidelity audio streams directly to the DAC. As a result, users can enjoy audio playback at an impressive quality of up to 32-bit at 384kHz, depending on the capabilities of their DAC, or even experience the richness of DSD formats. With its robust features, this app redefines the listening experience, ensuring that sound quality remains paramount for audiophiles everywhere.
