Simple Brand Manager, developed by Simple Marketing Solutions (simple.io), serves as a dynamic brand identity center that transforms traditional static PDF brand guidelines into an interactive and organized platform for overseeing brand standards and governance among various teams, agencies, and partners.
Inconsistencies in branding often arise when teams rely on outdated guidelines, agencies utilize obsolete logo or color files, or when there is a lack of a structured method for disseminating brand updates. Simple Brand Manager effectively tackles all of these issues.
The platform consolidates logos, color schemes, typography, brand guidelines, approved templates, and other brand components into a single, permission-controlled repository. With version control in place, only the most current and authorized materials are available to users. When updates to brand standards occur, all users instantly access the latest version, eliminating the need for new PDF distributions.
