Description
Needle is a proactive revenue agent platform designed to help GTM teams execute sales workflows from the tools they already use. It lives inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, where users can mention their personal Needle agent to draft messages, update CRM records, analyze pipeline, research accounts, and manage follow-ups. The agent mirrors each user’s permissions, meaning it can only access and perform actions that the user is allowed to perform. Needle connects to CRM, email, calendar, documents, call tools, enrichment systems, spreadsheets, and thousands of integrations to support complex revenue tasks. The platform also learns how each team works, stores reusable skills, and remembers context so it can become more effective over time.
