NREC’s MAX-PAC™ suite of CAM software delivers superior cutter-path solutions tailored for turbomachinery parts, providing users with various cutting strategies that can effectively lower both engineering and production expenses. This software is customizable with different modules to fit specific part geometries, accommodating operations like flank milling of ruled-surface blades, point milling for arbitrary-surface blades, integrally shrouded impellers, and individual blades. Recognized for its excellence, MAX-PAC is touted as the premier CAM software for 5-axis milling of turbomachinery components, including impellers, blisks, and rotors, and boasts a solid reputation among manufacturers, job shops, and 5-axis machine-tool providers globally. The expertise embedded in these advanced tools stems from methodologies secured by three distinct patents. Unlike other CAM software, MAX-PAC exclusively focuses on turbomachinery, which results in a quicker learning curve, enhanced usability, and reduced programming and machining times, making it an invaluable resource for industry professionals. Its specialized capabilities not only streamline the machining process but also ensure precision and efficiency for complex turbomachinery designs.

Provendry is a cloud-based software solution tailored for the management of feed mills, specifically designed for independent and family-owned operations. It seamlessly integrates features such as least-cost feed formulation, ingredient pricing, and the management of customer orders, standing orders, production work orders, inventory control, lot traceability, deliveries, feed tag generation, invoicing, and comprehensive reporting. Teams working at the mill can efficiently monitor nutritional specifications, ingredient expenses, and profit margins while overseeing the entire process from production to delivery and billing. The platform is capable of producing AAFCO-format tags for mills in the United States and bilingual CFIA-format tags for Canadian facilities. Users, including both staff and farm customers, have access to specialized web portals, and mill personnel can utilize dedicated mobile applications on both iPhone and Android devices. Additionally, customer tools facilitate online ordering, tracking of order status, invoice management, and payment processing. An innovative AI feature assists in extracting information from supplier specification sheets and delivery tickets for quick staff assessment. To enhance financial management, the software offers integration with QuickBooks Online and supports Stripe for payment processing, making it a comprehensive tool for feed mill operations. Furthermore, its user-friendly interface ensures that both staff and customers can navigate the system with ease, streamlining operations and improving overall efficiency.
