Description
Utilizing validated blocks, such as carryover styles, Lotta enables the creation of endless new designs featuring various styles, graphics, fabrics, trims, and color combinations. Effortlessly transfer all-over patterns, logos, and other elements between your preferred Adobe applications and 3D modeling, creating a seamless workflow. Lotta is designed to be user-friendly, so even beginners in 3D design can quickly get started. It offers a comprehensive toolkit that includes draping, styling, and synchronized 3D/2D tools, ranging from 3D drawing to 2D flat pattern creation, along with controls for fabric color, repeat patterns, and logo placement. You can manipulate elements by scaling, rotating, and adjusting seams, trims, buttons, and draw cords with ease. Moreover, you can model prints and logos in various sizes, facilitating well-informed decisions regarding positioning and cropping. The platform allows for the instant visualization of multiple colorways and diverse fabric types within each colorway, enhancing the design process. Additionally, you have the option to explore an extensive library of built-in fabric samples or even upload your own unique fabrics into the system for further experimentation.
Description
Slabkast serves as a platform for visual approval and production handoff specifically designed for stone fabricators, transforming a simple photo of a stone slab into a calibrated layout that clients can approve and is ready for CNC production. This innovative tool empowers teams to generate slab layouts, align veins, and create CNC-compatible DXF files directly from any slab image—eliminating the need for specialized scanner equipment, dedicated photo stations, or in-person factory visits. Users simply upload a photo of the slab and identify four corner points, after which Slabkast automatically adjusts the perspective and assigns real-world measurements, ensuring the image is suitable for precise layout design. Moreover, template pieces can be positioned directly onto the slab's digital image, allowing fabricators and designers to seamlessly align natural stone veins across seams and establish a harmonious pattern before any cutting occurs. Additionally, Slabkast offers comprehensive 3D visualization capabilities, enabling clients to rotate, zoom, and thoroughly examine the countertop layout in relation to the actual slab, thereby providing a clear understanding of the finished product prior to the fabrication process. This level of interactivity not only enhances client satisfaction but also minimizes potential misalignments during the stone cutting phase.
