Renewal Vista is a comprehensive renewal management tool that enables organizations to monitor contracts, subscriptions, licenses, vendor agreements, and other ongoing obligations all in one centralized platform. It allows users to oversee renewal timelines, cancellation deadlines, associated costs, responsible parties, relevant departments, locations, vendors, auto-renewal statuses, supporting documents, and additional notes. The “Needs Attention” feature assists teams in pinpointing renewals that necessitate action before critical deadlines are overlooked, while various tools like dashboards, calendars, reminders, reports, budgets, cost histories, annual expenditures, and vendor concentration metrics enhance transparency regarding future commitments and financial outlays. Furthermore, renewals can be inputted manually or handled through CSV uploads, document intake processes, and incoming email workflows, ensuring a thorough review is conducted prior to any adjustments being made. This multifaceted approach to renewal management not only streamlines operations but also helps businesses maintain better control over their recurring commitments.
