Description
Built for metal service centers, LineSight AI plans slitting and production. Planners get slitting plans built from the open orders and coil inventory already in their ERP, designed to turn more of every coil into sellable product and less into scrap. Plans respect grade, gauge, width, ID/OD, PIW, edge trim, knife setups, multi-pass jobs and must-ship dates, and the planner reviews, adjusts and releases each one.
Beyond planning, it handles order intake: purchase orders arriving by email, PDF or photo become sales orders, work orders are created and freight is booked. Nothing is written to the ERP until a person approves it.
Live with PS Data, Invera INVEX and Enmark Eniteo; can connect to virtually any ERP. Implementation takes under a month.
Elite Steel saw its scrap rate fall 2.9 points, gross margin rise 20% and annualized revenue grow by $850K.
The first 3 months are free; after that, pricing is value-based and tied to documented savings.
Description
Quote & Cut is a cloud-based solution designed for quoting and order management specifically tailored for businesses involved in laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication that utilize WordPress and WooCommerce platforms. By integrating a WordPress plugin, it provides a quote form that allows customers to upload DXF files, choose from a selection of materials and quantities, and obtain pricing based on nesting arrangements and production costs defined by the shop, all of which can then be added to the WooCommerce cart for an easy checkout process. Shop owners have the ability to configure various parameters, including materials, sheet dimensions, cutting rates, gas expenses, handling charges, markups, and the overall appearance of the quote form. Additionally, Quote & Cut ensures that job details are saved alongside WooCommerce orders and has the capability to produce production files for shop evaluation. With paid Advanced features, users can access options for folding and powder coating, while the Enterprise version includes tools for managing sheet inventory and market-index pricing. This service streamlines the online ordering process, making it efficient for handling frequent quote requests, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. Furthermore, it offers a comprehensive solution that integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, ensuring that businesses can operate smoothly and respond quickly to customer needs.
