TrakPro serves as a construction payment management system tailored for main contractors and commercial teams operating in the UK and Ireland.
Subcontractors can submit their payment claims based on the pre-established bill of quantities, which quantity surveyors meticulously evaluate on a line-by-line basis, offering recommendations and certifying payments through customizable approval workflows. The platform automatically produces payment certificates and pay less notices, while also keeping track of retention, release processes, and managing variations, dayworks, and site materials, all supported by a comprehensive audit trail.
Both parties involved in the payment process utilize the same platform, providing main contractors with immediate insights into committed costs and certified values for each project.
The notifications and terminology comply with local regulations, ensuring accuracy for UK projects governed by the Construction Act and for Irish projects under the Construction Contracts Act, with CIS compliance for payments in the UK.
