TatvaCRM is a specialized customer relationship management system designed specifically for the BFSI sector in India, catering to non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), direct selling agents (DSAs), insurance brokers, and debt advisory firms, as well as small and medium-sized businesses in sales, agencies, and manufacturing.
What distinguishes it from conventional CRMs includes a loan-file data architecture tailored for loan origination rather than a repurposed deal pipeline, the ability to handle multi-lender applications allowing one applicant to have multiple loan files with different banks or NBFCs, and comprehensive DSA network management features like sub-agent hierarchies, commission distributions, and payout grids.
Additionally, it incorporates an insurance renewal calendar equipped with automated reminders, ensures schema-per-tenant PostgreSQL isolation to protect customer data, is designed to be compliant with Data Protection and Privacy regulations, and features pricing in Indian Rupees with no minimum seat requirements.
TatvaCRM is also free indefinitely for small teams, with no need for credit card information or concerns about trial expiration.
Standard functionalities include modules for managing contacts, companies, deals, leads, tasks, activities, custom fields, custom pipelines, role-based access, bulk import/export capabilities, email integration, and file uploads.
