Description
IMSverify offers a distinctive solution for NC verification that assesses the postprocessed code intended for machine operation. Unlike basic APT or CL file checks within the CAM system, this verification method focuses on the actual G-code set to run on the machine, ensuring complete assurance that the part will be accurately machined. Given the intricacies of complex machining tasks and the use of multi-axis machines, the potential for programming mistakes increases, which could lead to improper or incomplete material removal, clashes between machine parts and fixtures, and possible harm to both the component and the machine itself. The implementation of comprehensive machine simulation with clash detection facilitates thorough examination of the entire machining setup. This involves all machine elements, including fixtures, tools, and tool holders, providing a holistic view. By utilizing true solids-based simulation, IMSverify ensures the highest level of accuracy in material removal verification. Moreover, the system allows you to import stock and fixture data as solid models directly from your CAM software, further enhancing the precision of the machining process. With such robust capabilities, users can significantly mitigate the risks associated with machining errors.
Description
Predator RCM software, a flexible robotic cell controller, scheduler, and robot controller, is designed to automate a Cell of CNC Machines. It also allows for part markers, cleaners, and other manufacturing equipment. Predator RCM allows for lights out operation and production, as well as flexible manufacturing and complete automation. Predator RCM schedules each robot to load and unload every CNC machine and CMM within the cell. Hands-free operation from raw material to finished products. Predator RCM supports a wide variety of pallets, tooling and RFID tags. You can increase the productivity of your CNC machines and reduce the labor/operator requirements. Predator RCM can robotically tend to any type of machine by using the right fixtures and robotic grippers. Common machine types include CNC machines and CMMs, CMMs, laser markings, part washers, and other manufacturing and inspection processes.
