RaiseHand Medical provides a convenient way for patients to initiate their doctor’s appointment through links sent via email or SMS, or directly through their patient portal. Once the visit is initiated, patients are connected with a medical receptionist who assists them in completing necessary forms, after which they are placed in the queue for medical assistants who review their medical history and gather additional details regarding their condition. Transitioning patients between different queues is simplified to a drag-and-drop action with the patient card, enhancing workflow efficiency. Additionally, RaiseHand for Support enables businesses to integrate a contact support button on their websites, allowing customers to instantly connect with a support representative via video call, while also offering the option to share screens for a more effective resolution of issues.
