Description
QuickBuild 12.0 comes equipped with a variety of features including support for OpenID single sign-on, the ability to launch build agents on demand through Google Cloud Platform, customization of Kubernetes build agent resources, and compatibility with Mac M1 systems. It offers configuration tree states for each gadget, the capability to import and export dashboards, and support for GitHub organizational webhooks. Users can manage server-wide properties, upload files via a RESTful API, and utilize RESTful authentication with access tokens. Additionally, it allows for proof builds to validate changes on the server prior to committing or pushing, and builds can be run concurrently to facilitate rapid feedback. Builds can be triggered by commits, scheduled tasks, or the completion of dependencies, while progress and logs are reported in real-time. Users can monitor and trigger builds and receive notifications through a tray monitor without needing to open a browser, ensuring they stay informed. Failure notifications are sent to users who made commits, promoting accountability. The platform also offers customizable statistics charts displaying key performance indicators, and it includes the ability to implement an automatic cleanup strategy to minimize disk space consumption. Overall, QuickBuild 12.0 enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of build processes for teams.
