Description
To reserve a vehicle, choose a standard service option such as a 30,000km check or include any necessary parts and labor in the reservation. Upon the customer's arrival, simply press a button linked to the booking to create a job card, which should then be printed along with the legal information for the customer to sign. When the customer is ready to settle the bill for the service, a single button press on the job card will generate an invoice, ensuring that all related systems are updated—including stock levels, accounts, service history, service reminders, and profit & loss statements. Additionally, SMS service reminders will be sent automatically, requiring no manual intervention. The system also tracks mechanic performance, comparing the hours worked as recorded on the job card with hours billed.
