Description
GG4L Connect operates on a consent-driven model, ensuring that the school's Data Administrator has complete authority over the invitation and approval process for any Vendor seeking access to specific or all stored SIS data. The platform is built on Amazon AWS Cloud Infrastructure, featuring robust encryption (256-bit) for data at rest, and has undergone rigorous audits to safeguard against penetration attacks and vulnerabilities. It adheres to open API standards for data interoperability, supporting both IMS OneRoster and A4L xPress Roster frameworks. Additionally, GG4L Connect integrates with ed-fi's comprehensive education enterprise data model, facilitating data interoperability that extends beyond traditional SIS Roster Data to encompass Guardian Contacts, Attendance, Grades, Assessments, and Medical information, among others. With a global infrastructure, GG4L Connect can seamlessly on-board data from schools located anywhere around the globe. Furthermore, we provide EdTech Vendors with the opportunity to invite an unlimited number of their school clients to participate in GG4L at no cost. This commitment to accessibility ensures that educational institutions can optimize their data management and interoperability practices effectively.
