Description

Formlio is a no-code platform that revolutionizes the proposal process by enabling teams to create dynamic, web-based proposals rather than relying on traditional static PDFs. Users have the ability to assemble sleek, client-ready documents using a variety of professional templates and customizable content blocks, which encompass elements like text, images, videos, portfolios, case studies, testimonials, timelines, processes, FAQs, pricing, charts, approvals, and electronic signatures. With Formlio, presenting essential details such as project scope, service packages, pricing options, optional add-ons, timelines, deliverables, and evidence of work becomes a more engaging experience for potential clients. The platform features interactive quoting that allows prospects to examine choices and witness real-time total updates, while integrated approval systems and e-signatures facilitate the progression of deals directly within the proposal. Once a proposal is dispatched, teams benefit from comprehensive proposal analytics to monitor engagement metrics, including the number of views, the duration of time spent on the proposal, approval statuses, and client interactions. Essentially, Formlio aims to empower service-oriented businesses to save valuable time, enhance the quality of their presentations, minimize unnecessary communication, and ultimately attract a greater number of clients. By streamlining the proposal process, Formlio supports teams in focusing on what truly matters—building relationships and closing deals.

Description

Planlined is a software solution designed specifically for employee-benefits brokers to facilitate benefit proposals. It handles U.S. group-health proposals, not property-and-casualty quoting or employer enrollment administration. It transforms quotes from carriers, SBCs, invoices, and rate sheets into easy-to-understand side-by-side comparisons, as well as branded proposal books and comprehensive employee benefit guides. Initially launched in 2025 under the name BART (Benefit Analysis Reporting Tool), it addresses the cumbersome task of manually entering data during renewal season. Instead of re-keying information from carrier PDFs into spreadsheets or presentations, Planlined streamlines this process by allowing users to upload their existing documents. The software automatically extracts plan data, presenting it in a normalized comparison format and highlighting any uncertainties for verification against the original source before sending it to clients. Once a case has been approved, users can export a customized proposal book and an employee enrollment guide, both featuring the branding elements of the agency, such as logos and color schemes. Since the data for both documents is derived from the same source files, consistency is maintained throughout. Additionally, plans and cases are archived in libraries for easy access during the next renewal period, while client share links allow for effortless sharing of comparisons without the need for attachments, enhancing convenience and efficiency. This innovative approach not only saves time but also minimizes errors, ultimately improving client satisfaction.
