Description
Escrozon serves as a marketplace for the secure exchange of digital assets, including YouTube channels, Telegram groups, websites, software licenses, templates, and various other digital products. By utilizing an escrow system, buyers deposit their payment into a secure account rather than sending it directly to the seller, who only transfers the asset once the funds are confirmed as safe. After the buyer verifies that the received asset meets their expectations, they can approve the transaction, triggering the release of the payment to the seller's Escrozon wallet. In the event of any complications, either party has the option to initiate a dispute, which keeps the funds on hold until a resolution is reached. Listing items for sale on the platform incurs no cost, while buyers face a 6% escrow fee for each transaction, and sellers are charged a 3% fee upon withdrawing their earnings. Additionally, Escrozon offers complimentary guides for buying and selling, as well as valuation tools specifically for YouTube and Telegram channels, enabling both buyers and sellers to determine a reasonable market price prior to finalizing any agreement. The platform's resources empower users to navigate the digital asset market with greater confidence and clarity.
Description
Vaultion addresses a fundamental issue in transactions between unfamiliar parties: the need for one party to take the initial risk. To eliminate this uncertainty, Vaultion utilizes a secure smart contract that holds the payment, ensuring it is only released when all agreed-upon conditions are satisfied.
The process is straightforward: the buyer deposits funds into an escrow using a stablecoin—options include USDC, USDT, DAI, or PYUSD—after which the seller fulfills their part of the agreement. Once the buyer confirms receipt, the payment is released. In the event of a disagreement, the funds remain secure while an independent arbitrator intervenes to make a decision. This arbitrator can either be Kleros, a decentralized court composed of randomly selected jurors, or a human reviewer supported by Vaultion, whose decision is subject to a challenge window before any funds are transferred. Additionally, a guardian with freeze-only authority can halt any dubious ruling without the ability to redirect the funds, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution process. This innovative approach fosters trust and security in transactions that might otherwise be fraught with risk.
