The software can update pricing using major pricing services like NetPricer and Trade Service, or you can update your own supply house. The data base will contain bid labor units based upon a national average, 2 change order labor units, as well as all 3 NECA levels. Advanced audit trail and edit extension allow you to make immediate changes; menus, multiple workspace pages, and multi-window takeoff mean that McCormick's multi-window takeoff is the fastest... guaranteed!
