Description
Challenges in selling to the US healthcare sector often stem from inadequate data, as horizontal databases frequently associate individuals with companies based solely on their email domains. This results in misidentifications, such as a nurse manager at a remote clinic being linked to a health system hundreds of miles away or not being recognized at all. While healthcare data vendors are familiar with the facilities, they lack insight into the individuals, and most do not engage in proactive outreach efforts.
Dmand AI, however, encompasses a comprehensive view of the entire US healthcare landscape, accurately mapping every health system, integrated delivery network (IDN), hospital, division, physician group, and outpatient site within a detailed organizational hierarchy. With over 7 million healthcare professionals and more than 8 million executives linked at the site level, the platform boasts contact coverage for emails, direct dials, and LinkedIn that surpasses other tools and data providers by 40%.
In addition to robust data, Dmand AI offers in-depth profiles for every healthcare professional and executive, facilitates network discovery to identify existing connections to prospects, and includes AI-driven research modules. Moreover, it provides multi-channel outreach sequences, a centralized inbox for communications, and enterprise-level access controls, all while seamlessly integrating with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and Outlook for enhanced functionality and collaboration.
Description
Solventum Ambulatory Potentially Preventable Complications (AM-PPCs) Classification System is a clinically designed classification methodology that helps healthcare providers, payers, and researchers evaluate the quality and safety of outpatient procedures. The system identifies potentially preventable complications that occur after elective ambulatory procedures by analyzing sequenced billing data and coded clinical information. AM-PPCs links procedures with related complications that may occur within 30 days after treatment, even when patients receive follow-up care in different healthcare settings. The classification framework covers more than 3,350 procedures grouped into 116 clinically defined procedure categories and identifies complications from over 1,900 diagnoses organized into 70 complication groups. Healthcare organizations can use these insights to track performance by provider, facility, service line, and procedure type. The system also includes benchmarking capabilities based on Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial populations across multiple service lines. By providing structured outcome data and complication tracking, AM-PPCs enables healthcare systems to identify improvement opportunities, enhance patient safety, and better manage outpatient care quality.
